Start-up founder Vivek Bajoria has joined Khaitan Legal Associates as a Partner at the firm's Bengaluru office.

Bajoria is setting up the firm's logistics and supply chain practice and will enhance its capabilities in corporate law, venture capital and cross-border transactions.

Bajoria graduated from ILS Law College, Pune and holds a Master’s in Business and Law from Northwestern University, Chicago.

He has over 13 years of diverse experience in India, the United States and Southeast Asia. He has previously worked with law firms in Mumbai, New York and Chicago, and held leadership positions as an in-house lawyer at Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest beer company. He was also a Director for India, Global General Counsel and Head of Special Projects for Locad, a Singapore-based cloud logistics company.

Earlier, Bajoria co-founded WarehouseNow, a tech-enabled B2B logistics company. He raised a seed round of ₹8 crore and led its sales, product and people functions.

On Bajoria's joining the firm, Senior Partner Sakate Khaitan said in a press release,
