Gaurav Mahajan has joined The Precept-Law Offices as a Partner who will be focusing on Disputes/Litigation, Technology - Cyber Law, Data Privacy, AI and White Collar Crime practice at the firm.

Mahajan is an alumnus of Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Mahajan brings to the firm around 17 years of diverse experience, having extensively advised both domestic and international clients on a wide range of issues.

Prior to joining The Precept-Law Offices, Mahajan was a Partner at P&A Law Offices and was associated with the firm for the last 7 years.
