Haroon Asrar has joined Solomon & Co. as a Partner and Head of the firm's Pune office.

Asrar is a 2009 graduate of Symbiosis International University. He holds an LLM in Air and Space Law from McGill University.

With a career spanning over 13 years, Asrar brings unparalleled expertise in infrastructure, corporate and commercial law. Further, he will play a pivotal role in Solomon & Co's Pune office, leveraging his expertise in corporate and commercial transactions with a special focus on the technology, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

Prior to joining Solomon & Co, he held the position of CEO at VANDAC Properties for over 5 years. Prior to that, he was General Counsel at STUP Consultants. He is also the Founder of MRN INFRA Legal Consultants and Project Advisors, an ADR firm.
