Hiral Motta has re-joined Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas as a Partner in its Real Estate Practice in Mumbai.

Motta is a 2005 graduate of Government Law College, Mumbai.

Motta has over twenty years of experience in the real estate sector. She has been involved in several real estate transactions involving FDI investment, acquisition of agricultural lands, drafting of transaction documents–acquisition/disposal, leasing and development.

Motta had joined erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas in 2007. She has also worked with K Raheja Corp as Vice President Legal for the Commercial vertical.

Welcoming her, Cyril Shroff, Managing Partner, Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas said,
