DSK Legal Partner Akhil Anand is joining J Sagar Associates as a Partner in New Delhi.

Anand will join Dheeraj Nair's Disputes team along with his team including Himanshu Vij, who will join the firm as a Principal Associate.

Anand is a graduate of the University of Delhi and has nearly two decades of experience in the practice of law, primarily relating to information technology laws and criminal law, including white-collar crime. He also handles matters involving data privacy, insolvency laws, arbitration claims, consumer disputes and online gaming.

IndusLaw Partner Padmaja Kaul recently joined JSA's Disputes practice along with her team.

Earlier this month, SAM Equity Partners Iqbal Khan and Ambarish moved to JSA with their teams.

Last month, JSA onboarded Brijita Prakash, along with her entire team, from DSK Legal.
