IC Universal Legal has announced the promotion of Principal Associate Akshita Ummat to Partnership.
Ummat is a graduate of CCS University, Meerut. She holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University.
Based out of ICUL's Delhi office, Ummat specializes in Real Estate and IP law. She advises her clients on Contractual-Commercial laws, Labour issues, Real Estate, Due Diligence on property, and title investigations. She has undertaken the trademark filing of various trademarks and domain names for reputed companies.
Prior to her elevation to Partnership, Ummat has been associated with the firm for nearly 9 years.
