IndusLaw's Sudipta Routh rejoins L&L Partners in Mumbai

He had previously worked with Luthra & Luthra from 2010 to 2015.

IndusLaw Partner Sudipta Routh has rejoined L&L Partners at its Mumbai office along with a team of three lawyers.

Prior to his stint at IndusLaw, Routh had worked with Samvad Partners. He had previously worked with Luthra & Luthra from 2010 to 2015, after which he co-founded Agram Legal Consultants.

In the early years of his career, Routh worked with Trilegal and Clifford Chance, as a Senior Associate in London.

Routh is a 1996 graduate of NLSIU, Bangalore and has an LL.M. in International Banking and Finance from Queen Mary University of London. He is dually qualified to practice in India and England & Wales.

He has over 25 years of experience in structuring funds, joint ventures, acquisitions and formulating entry and investment strategies and has worked on prominent acquisitions in India.

Routh joins eight other senior lawyers who rejoined L&L Partners over the last ten months.
