JSA veteran Pallavi Puri joins DMD Advocates as Partner in corporate practice

Puri has also previously worked with AZB & Partners and Trilegal.

Former Partner at J Sagar Associates Pallavi Puri has joined DMD Advocates as a Partner in the firm's corporate practice.

Puri is a graduate of Faculty of Law, University of Delhi. She started her career at Trilegal, where she worked for over two years before moving on to AZB & Partners in New Delhi, where she worked for over three years. She then moved to JSA, where she worked for over twelve years.

She has over 18 years of experience in advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, corporate restructuring, investigations and white-collar crimes.

Welcoming Puri, Senior Partner and Head of the corporate practice at DMD, Rashi Dhir, said,
