Khaitan & Co Partner Abhisaar Bairagi relocates to Singapore office

Bairagi will be contributing to the growth of the Firm’s International Disputes practice.

Khaitan & Co Partner Abhisaar Bairagi is relocating to the Firm's Singapore office.

Associated with Khaitan & Co since 2011, Bairagi is a Partner in the Firm's Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She specializes in corporate and commercial litigation and arbitration, focusing on sectors like Infrastructure, Construction, Logistics, Mining, Energy, Transportation, and E-commerce. She represents Indian and international clients in complex domestic and cross-border disputes before the Indian Supreme Court, High Courts, tribunals, and in arbitrations under ICC, SIAC, DIAC, HKIAC, and MCIA.

Bairagi's relocation comes after Kartikey Mahajan, who was previously stationed at the firm's Singapore office, has relocated to Dubai, UAE. Mahajan had joined Khaitan & Co in 2022 as the first Disputes Partner in Singapore.
