Khaitan & Co Partner Rajat Jariwal will soon be quitting to join Trilegal as a Partner in its disputes practice at New Delhi.

Jariwal is a 2005 graduate of Campus Law Centre, Delhi.

With over 17 years of experience, Jariwal specializes in environment defence litigation and environment advisory. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court and National Green Tribunal (NGT). He also advises on general civil/commercial disputes, including shareholder disputes (both before NCLT and arbitral tribunals, institutional and ad-hoc), tender matters, defamation matters, and mining matters arising out of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act.

Commenting on Jariwal's addition to the firm, Trilegal Partner and management committee member Sridhar Gorthi said,
