Parveet Singh Gandoak has joined Jones Day as a Partner in the firm's Corporate Practice at Singapore.
Gandoak is a 2005 graduate of ILS Law College, Pune and holds an LL.M. from Cornell Law School. He was a Partner at King & Spalding for nearly 3 years. Prior to that, he has worked with Dechert LLP, Debevoise & Plimpton, and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Hw has almost two decades of experience serving as an advisor to private equity sponsors, sovereign wealth funds, and corporations in a wide range of high-stakes corporate transactions. He has worked on both public and private M&A deals, joint ventures, minority and control investments, secondary transactions, exits, and restructurings. His legal career has included assignments in New York, Hong Kong, London and Singapore.
Gandoak has experience spanning diverse industries, including renewable energy, infrastructure, digital communications, technology, media, telecom, insurance, real estate, health care, transportation, manufacturing, and retail.
