Two L&L Partners - Apurva Jayant and Samarth Gupta - have resigned from the firm even as Founder Partner Rajiv Luthra and Senior Partner Mohit Saraf enter mediation to resolve their dispute.

Pursuant to the order passed by the Delhi High Court, Luthra and Saraf had submitted themselves to mediation before Senior Advocate Sriram Panchu.

The two senior-most partners at L&L Partners have been embroiled in a tiff over the dilution of the firm's equity for weeks now.

Apurva joined the firm in 2016 from Samvad Partners. She is a 2007 graduate of National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bangalore. She has previously worked at Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB & Partners and J Sagar Associates.

Samarth has been with the firm since 2011. He is a graduate of National Law University, Jodhpur.

Both partners focus on M&A, Joint Ventures, and General Corporate.
