Former Partner at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India, Anshuman Mozumdar has joined Khaitan & Co as a Partner in the Corporate Commercial Practice at the firm's Mumbai Office.

Mozumdar is a 2011 graduate of the National Law University, Jodhpur (NLUJ).

With over 11 years of experience in the areas of Corporate and Commercial laws, Mozumdar specialises in PE and M&A, including private equity minority investments, buyouts, platform deals and cross border M&A, and joint ventures. He focuses on sectors such as pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, industrials, food and beverages, retail and financial services.

Prior to joining Khaitan & Co, Mozumdar worked at Luthra and Luthra for over 11 years, rising all the way from associate to partner.

On his joining, Amar Sinhji, Executive Director, Human Resources, Khaitan & Co said,
