Dentons Link Legal has strengthened its Competition & Antitrust practice with the addition of Arjun Nihal Singh as Partner in New Delhi.

Singh is a 2014 graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi.

He has over a decade of experience advising domestic and international corporations, industry associations, private equity funds, and public sector entities on complex competition law matters. His practice spans antitrust investigations which include abuse of dominance and cartel investigations, merger control, competition litigation before Constitutional Courts across India and regulatory advisory. He also regularly advises clients on competition compliance programs and risk mitigation measures.

Singh regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, the Competition Commission of India, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, and High Courts across various jurisdictions, representing clients across a broad range of sectors, including automotive, shipping, pharmaceuticals and healthcare, technology, e-commerce, manufacturing, infrastructure, real estate, logistics, power and energy, and financial services.

Singh joins Dentons Link Legal after spending over 14 years at Luthra and Luthra, where he had started as a legal intern and has now exited as a Partner.
