Luthra Direct Tax Partner Rubal Bansal Maini goes independent to start RBM Law Chambers

Maini has more than 16 years in handling complex, high stake litigation matters pertaining to Income Tax, International Tax, Benami Law, Black Money Act and Money Laundering Act.

Luthra & Luthra Tax Partner Rubal Bansal Maini is leaving the firm to set up her independent chamber practice under the name RBM Law Chambers.

Maini has an extensive experience of more than 16 years in handling complex, high stake and high volume litigation matters pertaining to Income Tax, International Tax, Benami Law, Black Money Act and Money Laundering Act. She has been regularly and successfully advising and representing various Fortune 500 companies and High Net Worth individuals before different forums including the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and multi-jurisdictional High Courts, Income Tax Appellate Tribunals across the country and the Appellate Tribunal under the Prevention of Benami Property Transactions Act, 1988.

Prior to joining Luthra and Luthra Law Offices, she gained substantial experience in taxation and related laws by capably assisting as a Law Researcher with Retd. Justice R. V. Easwar (Former Judge, High Court of Delhi) and as a Counsel with Balbir Singh, Senior Advocate (Former Additional Solicitor General of India, Supreme Court and Former Senior Standing Counsel, Income Tax Department, High Court of Delhi).
