Luthra & Luthra Law Offices Partner Sarika Raichur has left the firm to join Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co as a Partner in General Corporate practice at the firm's Chennai office.
Raichur is a 2005 graduate of the ILS Law College, Pune.
With close to 18 years of experience, Raichur specializes in cross-border and domestic transactions and advisory like M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital, venture debt, divestitures, business transfers, asset sales and fund structuring as well as setting up business or operations in India, shareholders’ and investment disputes and a wide range of general corporate, commercial, employment and regulatory issues.
On Raichur's joining, SAM Managing Partner Pallavi Shroff said,

Prior to joining SAM, Raichur held the position of a Partner at Luthra and Luthra for over a year. She has previously also worked at Kochhar & Co, Noerr LLP in London, and Khaitan & Co.
