Mayank Grover has joined Singhania & Partners as a Partner in Dispute Resolution practice.

Grover is a graduate of Amity Law School, Delhi.

He brings to the Firm over 14 years of experience across corporate & regulatory advisory, litigations and arbitrations in complex commercial disputes, as well as being appointed Arbitrator in such disputes. He has represented prominent multi-national conglomerates in several contentious and high-stake matters before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and Tribunals.

Previously, he was associated with law firms such as Dhir & Dhir, Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and Seraphic Advisors – a firm he founded.

S&P's commendable strengths in arbitration, intellectual property & technology laws and insolvency & restructuring will derive immense value from Grover’s focus in these practice areas.
