Nayona Roy has joined Dentons Link Legal as a Partner in Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice at the firm's Mumbai office.

Roy is a 2014 graduate of NLU, Delhi.

Roy has a decade of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate litigation, regulatory compliance, data privacy, AI, and intellectual property. 

Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, she co-founded and promoted Unsuit, an AI-powered legal tech company, and secured investment from a leading venture capital firm, Antler.

In the past, she has also worked with AZB & Partners, served as General Counsel for a tech-driven startup, Qyuki Digital Media, co-founded by music icon AR Rahman, and had accumulated significant experience in litigation and commercial advisory roles at leading FMCG companies such as Unilever, Godrej, and Coca-Cola.
