King Stubb & Kasiva has further strengthened its Corporate, Venture Capital and Private Equity practice with the addition of Puneet Bhatia, who joins the firm as a Partner. She will be based in New Delhi.
Bhatia is a 2014 graduate of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi. She is a member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
She has around 12 years of experience advising on venture capital and private equity transactions, including early-stage and growth-stage investments in start-ups, M&A, regulatory matters, structured exits, etc. Working closely with KSK's Corporate and M&A, Banking & Finance, and Regulatory practices, she will help the firm deliver an integrated offering across the transaction lifecycle to clients.
Bhatia joins KSK from MetaLaw Offices, where she served as an Associate Partner for over three years.
