Rahul Malhotra has joined Emerald Law Offices as a Partner to spearhead the firm's Litigation practice.

With an extensive career of nearly two decades, Malhotra brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise spanning various facets of litigation. His expertise covers a wide spectrum, including claims, insolvency, company law, debt recovery, civil & commercial disputes, consumer litigations, labour conflicts, alternative dispute resolution, and white-collar crimes.

He is a trusted advisor to a diverse clientele, including in sectors such as infrastructure, automotive, real estate, airlines, finance and logistics,

Prior to joining Emerald Law Offices, Malhotra was a Partner with KNM & Partners and before that he worked with Suri and Company.
