Former King Stubb & Kasiva Partner, Raj Dev Singh has joined The Young Jurist as Senior Equity Partner (Senior Jurist) to reinforce the firm’s commercial, compliance & corporate practices. He will be working out of the firm's New Delhi office.

Singh is a graduate of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi.

Singh has about a decade long experience in handling a wide range of matters in corporate, commercial, civil, and cross-border disputes, public administrative judicial review, insolvency-related disputes, and shareholder disputes. He is an expert in domestic and international commercial arbitration disputes relating to banking and finance, infrastructure litigation, and white-collar crimes. Additionally, as a domain expert, over the years, he has been advising various corporate giants, government authorities and global clients for matters pertaining to Legal Metrology, Food Laws, Drugs & Cosmetics areas and other allied laws as well.

Singh previously led the dispute resolution practice at King Stubb & Kasiva for nearly 9 years until October 2022. During this stint he advised clients in the areas of Labour and Consumer Laws, Manufacturing, Legal Metrology, Food, Drugs & Cosmetics, while handling their commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
