SAM IP lawyer joins Luthra as Partner Designate

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, Principal Associate Megha Gulati, has joined Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India as a Partner Designate in Intellectual Property Rights practice at the Delhi office.

Gulati brings over 17 years of experience in handling broad spectrum of IP and Patent matters representing both international and domestic clients.  

Her expertise includes conducting prior art searches, facilitating the freedom to operate analyses, performing patentability assessments, filing patent applications, and managing oppositions before the Indian Patent Office and appeals before various High Courts.

Her experience in IPR extends to various fields, including biotechnology, genetics, medical devices, chemical sciences, pharmaceuticals, atomic energy, mechanical sciences, electronics and telecom, software, and wind energy. 

Gulati is a registered Indian Patent Agent, further solidifying her standing in the field of Intellectual Property.
