SAM Tax Partner Amit Singhania sets up a new firm - Areete Law Offices

Areete Law Offices will be a full-service law firm with specialization in M&A, transactions, tax advisory, and litigation services.

Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas Tax Partner Amit Singhania has left the firm to start his own venture - Areete Law Offices.

Singhania is a seasoned tax lawyer with over two decades of experience in the field. Before launching his new firm, he held the position of an Equity Partner at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas.

Commenting on Singhania's exit, Pallavi Shroff, Joint Managing Partner of SAM & Co said, "We wish him luck."

His new venture, Areete Law Offices will be a full-service law firm with specialization in M&A, transactions, tax advisory, and litigation services.

Commenting on his departure from SAM, Singhania said,

"Its been an insightful and fulfilling journey of more than 16 years at the Firm. I am eternally greatful to Mrs. and Mr. Shroff and to all colleagues at the Firm, for such a wonderful time there."
