Saraf and Partners strengthens tax practice with hire of Amit Gupta as Partner

Amit Gupta has joined Saraf and Partners as a Partner in the firm's Tax practice.

Prior to joining the firm, Gupta was associated with Nangia Andersen LLP, Grant Thornton, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan and MPC Legal.

Gupta brings with him over a decade of extensive experience in the field of taxation and transaction advisory. He has been involved in diverse transactions including mergers, divestitures, joint ventures structuring and dismantling, externalization/reverse-flips, capital restructuring, distressed asset acquisitions and more. He has assisted various clients with their tax litigation and represented them before the income tax authorities and appellate forums.
