Saraf & Partners continues hiring spree; Alok Shankar joins as Partner

Former Partner at HSA Advocates Alok Shankar has joined Saraf & Partners in its Projects, Regulatory and Litigation practice at Delhi.

Shankar is a 2007 graduate from National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Prior to his time at HSA Advocates he has worked with leading law firms like J. Sagar Associates, Luthra & Luthra Law Offices and Advaita Legal.

He has over 14 years of experience in regulatory and general disputes in the power and energy sector, mining, aviation, and disputes relating to contractual agreements and constitutional rights.

On Shankar's joining, Founder & Managing Partner Mohit Saraf said,
