Shalinee Kulshreshtha has joined IndiGo (InterGlobe Aviation Ltd) as an Associate General Counsel.

Kulshreshtha has over two and a half decades of experience as a General Counsel and Compliance officer, specializing in Employment Law, Litigation, Contracts, Ethics & Compliance, M&A, Data Privacy, Cybersecurity, Competition Law, IPR, and Corporate Advisory.

She has steered legal, compliance and secretarial portfolios across FMCG, media, advertising, chemicals, agriscience, technology, consulting, telecom, aerospace, education, and global capability centers.

Prior to joining IndiGo, Kulshreshtha served as the General Counsel at Dentsu International for the past five years. She has held leadership roles at law firms and multinational corporations including Daksh Law, M.V. Kini & Co., DuPont and Solae, PwC, Avaya, Honeywell and Pearson.
