Hindustan Unilever Legal Head (Foods) Shalini Sinha has joined The Magnum Ice Cream Company as Global General Counsel (Media & Marketing).

A Delhi University alumna, Sinha has extensive experience as in-house counsel in leading corporates in India, having handled all facets of legal function ranging from advisory, litigation, compliance, IPR, contracts and corporate issues. She has previously been associated with organisations such as SAIL and Tata Motors.

At The Magnum Ice Cream Co, Sinha will be leading the Media & Marketing Legal Team across the globe.

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is the largest ice cream company in the world and is the demerged IC entity of Unilever Plc. Sinha was the legal lead for the demerger of the ice cream business from HUL.
