Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co has announced the appointment of Ishan Seth as Partner in the Capital Markets Practice in New Delhi.

Seth is a 2016 graduate of NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He earned his LLM in Securities Law from New York University School of Law in 2020.

Seth has extensive experience spanning equity and debt capital markets, coupled with a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance. Over the course of his career, he has advised issuers, financial institutions, investors and private equity funds on a wide range of complex capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining SAM, Seth worked with S&R Associates and Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas.
