Shobhana Nikam has joined DIAGEO India as General Counsel, where she will be responsible for leading the company’s legal function.

Nikam graduated from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai and has an LL.M. in International & Constitutional Law from the University of Madras.

A seasoned leader with over two decades of experience, Nikam has held senior roles across multiple leading organizations including 3M, Fidelity Business Services, Tishman Speyer and Target where she was responsible for leading transformational change in Legal, Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance and Business Change Management domains.

Prior to joining Diageo, Nikam held the position of Head Of Legal Department at Wells Fargo for over 2 years.
