Shruti KP has joined AZB & Partners as a Partner in the firm's tax practice at Mumbai.

Shruti is a 2007 graduate of Symbiosis Law School (SLS), Pune and completed her LL.M. (with specialism in International Tax Systems) from the London School of Economics (LSE) in 2008. She has over 15 years of experience as a M&A Tax lawyer.

Prior to joining AZB & Partners, Shruti was a Partner in the tax practice of IndusLaw.
