S&R Associates has designated Meher Mehta and Oishika Dasgupta as Counsel in the firm's New Delhi office and Mumbai office respectively.

Mehta is a 2014 graduate of the Campus Law Centre, Faculty Of Law, University of Delhi.

Her practice covers mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, foreign investment, regulatory and general corporate matters, with significant experience in the infrastructure sector, including airports, renewable energy and telecommunications.

She has been associated with the firm for over 6 years.

Dasgupta is a 2014 graduate of the Gujarat National Law University.

Her practice focuses on equity and debt capital markets, regulatory and general corporate matters. She has advised issuers, investment banks and selling shareholders on a range of capital markets transactions.

She has been associated with the firm for nearly 4 years.

With these designations, S&R Associates now has approximately 120 lawyers, including 37 partners and counsel across its New Delhi and Mumbai offices.
