Sudip Gupta has joined Times of India as Director - Legal.

With three decades of experience, Gupta specializes in corporate law, M&A and legal compliance. He has worked with law firms such as the erstwhile Amarchand Mangaldas and Fox Mandal and has held in-house positions in organizations such as Avaya India, British Telecom (BT) India and ESPN STAR Sports.

Prior to joining Times of India, he held the position of Senior Vice President - Legal (APAC) at ATC Telecom Tower Corporation.

At TOI, Gupta will lead the legal function and take care of litigation, legal operations, regulatory risks, and the compliance and legal aspects of strategic partnerships.
