DSK Legal strengthens Bengaluru office with appointment of SV Giridhar and a 10-member Disputes team

DSK Legal has announced the appointment of S.V. Giridhar as Partner in its Bengaluru office. Giridhar joins the firm with a ten-member team, establishing a well-rounded Dispute Resolution practice in Bengaluru.

With three decades of experience spanning Civil, Commercial, Property and Real Estate, and Constitutional litigation, as well as Public and Private Sector disputes, Arbitration and Mediation, Giridhar brings to the Firm a formidable litigation practice.

With Giridhar's appointment, DSK Legal's Bengaluru office gains full-service dispute resolution capability, complementing the Firm's established transactional and advisory practice in the city and enabling clients to be served across the entire lifecycle of a matter.

Giridhar is joined by a team of lawyers, several with over fifteen years of experience, including M S Hari Prasad (Company Law), Preetha Mahadevan (Tax Advisory), Mukund N Raate (Civil Litigation) and Shreya Mehta (Civil Litigation).
