Rajendra Dangwal is starting an independent practice as an arguing counsel specialising in commercial disputes as well as writ proceedings.

Dangwal is a 2017 alumnus of National Law University, Jodhpur.

He began his practice as a junior to Senior Advocate Zoheb Hossain and specialised in constitutional law. He assisted and appeared alongside Hossain in several constitutional cases of national importance including the Right to Privacy case and the Aadhaar challenge.

At Trilegal, Dangwal expanded into a commercial litigation profile and specialised in construction and infrastructure disputes, shareholder disputes, employment disputes and investigations, in addition to writ proceedings.

As an independent practitioner, Dangwal will address the following practice areas: (i) corporate commercial and contractual disputes; (ii) construction, infrastructure and real estate; (iii) employment and service; (iv) sector specific regulatory disputes specifically telecom, insurance, and aviation sectors.
