Shivani Khandekar has joined Singhania & Co as a Partner in Dispute Resolution practice at the firm's Delhi office.

Khandekar is a 2013 graduate of Delhi University’s Campus Law Centre.

She specializes in commercial and construction disputes. Khandekar has represented clients in the energy, construction, telecommunication, and technology sectors in international and domestic arbitration proceedings, as well as in litigation before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, and tribunals.

Prior to joining Singhania & Co, Khandekar was associated with Trilegal for over 5 years, where she held the position of Counsel for over a year.
