Trilegal's Aseem Dhawan joins Argus Partners as Partner in the Banking & Finance practice

Dhawan will be working out of the firm's Delhi office.

Trilegal Counsel Aseem Dhawan has joined Argus Partners as a Partner in Banking & Finance practice at the firm's Delhi office.

Dhawan is a 2015 graduate of Symbiosis Law School, Pune

He holds over 9 years of experience in the areas of project finance, debt capital markets, structured finance, and corporate lending. He has worked on a broad range of domestic and cross-border debt financing, including acquisition finance, structured finance, project finance, prepayment finance, debt capital market transactions, debt restructuring, insolvency related advice and general banking matters.

Prior to joining Argus Partners, Dhawan was a Counsel in the Banking and Finance practice at Trilegal, where he worked for nearly 8 years.
