Saggi has joined Booking.com as Global Head of Legal

Nadia Saggi, who was General Counsel for Visa, is joining Booking Holdings Financial Services as Global Head of Legal.

Booking Holdings is an online travel services company, provided to customers and partners through six primary consumer-facing brands - Booking.com, priceline, agoda.com, Rentalcars.com, KAYAK and OpenTable.

In a post, she commented on her new role,

"I am thrilled to be joining Booking Holdings Financial Services as Global Head of Legal and cannot wait to play my part in making it easier to experience the world."

Saggi has worked at both domestic and international law firms, starting her career at Amarchand Mangaldas back in 2003. Three years later, the NLSIU graduate joined Clifford Chance, where she spent nearly six years in the M&A team.

She then moved back to India, taking up an in-house role at Citi, where she was Senior Vice President – Legal. In 2014, she left Citi to join the BG Group as Lead Counsel. She joined Visa as General Counsel, South Asia Region in December 2015. Subsequently, she served as Senior Director for Regulatory Law for Visa Europe Limited in London.
