Fox Mandal & Associates has announced the appointment of Zeeshan Khan as a Partner in its Mumbai office to head the Banking & Finance practice for Mumbai and the Western India region.

Khan is a 2010 graduate of Gujarat National Law University.

With over 16 years of experience in corporate, banking, finance, restructuring, and insolvency, he has advised leading lenders, borrowers, investors, financial institutions, and private credit platforms on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border transactions. He has deep sectoral knowledge and a strong track record in some of India's most significant financing and restructuring mandates.

Prior to joining Fox Mandal & Associates, Khan was a Partner at Luthra & Luthra, and Krishnamurthy & Co, and previously practised with leading law firms including Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas, AZB & Partners, DSK Legal and Dentons Link Legal, and as an in-house legal counsel with Union Bank of India.
