Allen & Overy acts on the offering of Green Bonds by REC

The Rural Electrification Corporation (REC), a Maharatna CPSE under the Ministry of Power has issued Green Bonds of approximately ₹6,145.5 crores ($750 million) of 5 Years Tenure.

Allen & Overy advised the REC on this offering of green bonds.

The transaction team consisted of Pallavi Gopinath Aney (Partner & Joint Chair of A&O India Group), Alexander Stathopoulos (Partner), Husayn Reza (Counsel) and Khalil Abdulaziz (Legal Assistant).
