ALMT Legal acts on 720 Partners' investment into Eventus Security

The investment will allow Eventus Security to build and expand its business of cyber security operation centers.

720 Partners LLC, a US-based fund has invested into Singapore-based Eventus Security Pte. Ltd., and has consolidated sister concerns of the Eventus Security group under the umbrella of Eventus Security Pte. Ltd. 

ALMT Legal Bangalore has advised on the consolidation of the Indian sister concern entity with Eventus Security Pte. Ltd.
