The transaction was structured as a two-step investment, with an initial capital infusion into Okintek India by, inter alios, Ambit Partners, Lighthaven and Okintek Capital LLC, followed by Okintek India's investment in Clinevo Technologies.

ALMT Legal, Bengaluru represented Okintek Capital and Rehan Netarwala on this transaction.
