Okintek Capital LLC, led by Rehan Netarwala, has made an investment in Clinevo Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
The transaction was structured as a two-step investment, with an initial capital infusion into Okintek India by, inter alios, Ambit Partners, Lighthaven and Okintek Capital LLC, followed by Okintek India's investment in Clinevo Technologies.
