Prochant Healthcare, Inc. has received a strategic investment from Longshore Capital Partners, a US-based private equity firm.

ALMT Legal, Bangalore advised Prochant on the India leg of the transaction.

The transaction was led by Dhanya Menon (Senior Partner) and Junia Sebastian (Senior Partner), with support from Associates Prakhar Agarwal and Surabhi Srinivasan.
