Anagram Partners acts on USV acquiring majority stake in Wellbeing Nutrition

The transaction values Wellbeing Nutrition at ~₹1,583 crore.

Nutritionlab Private Limited and USV Private Limited have entered into a definitive agreement under which USV has acquired a ∼79% equity stake in Nutritionlab at a valuation of ~₹1,583 crore.

Anagram Partners advised Nutritionlab and its Founder, on this transaction.

The transaction team was led by Ankit Mishra (Partner), and consisted of Aashna Kothari (Principal), Associates Siddhant Sahu, Deepali Bhandari and Yashvi Jain.

Wellbeing Nutrition

Nutritionalab operates Wellbeing Nutrition, a nutraceutical and wellness brand founded in 2019 that develops premium, science-backed supplements focused on beauty, immunity, gut health, and daily nutrition.
