The restructuring involves a vertical demerger of Vedanta's key businesses into 6 sector-focused listed entities:

  • Vedanta Limited

  • Vedanta Aluminum

  • Vedanta Power

  • Vedanta Base Metals

  • Vedanta Oil & Gas

  • Vedanta Steel & Ferrous
