Intelligent Retail Private Limited (Ripplr) has raised $45 million from a Series C fundraise which comprised a mix of primary and secondary transactions, along with debt, and witnessed participation from new investor State Bank of India, as well as existing investors including Sojitz Corporation, 3one4 Capital and Zephyr Peacock.

Argus Partners advised Ripplr on this fundraise.
