AZB & Partners, Noerr, Linklaters act on TCS' €320 million acquisition of MHP from Porsche

Tata Consultancy Services Limited has acquired MHP Management- und IT-Beratung GmbH from Porsche Automobil Holding SE for €320 million.

AZB & Partners served as the Indian counsel for TCS on this acquisition.

The transaction team consisted of Ashwath Rau (Senior Partner), Prerak Ved (Partner), Abhay Raj Singh Bundela (Senior Associate), Associates Akash Kumar Prasad and Vibhuti Kaushik, and Mehar Kalra (Articled Clerk).
