CAM, Desai Diwanji, AZB act on Toothsi $20 million funding by Eight Roads Ventures and others

The investment round also saw participation from Mankekar Family Office and other individual investors

Toothsi, a tech-enabled dental care platform, has raised $20 million in a Series B funding round led by Eight Roads Ventures, Think Investments and the Mankekar Family Office.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas acted for Toothsi and the team included Dhruv Singhal (Partner), Shweta Pandey (Senior Associate) and Nilomi Doshi (Associate)

Desai & Diwanji advised Eight Roads Ventures and Think Investments and the team was led by Aneesh Gupte (Partner), Shireen Langrana (Associate Partner) and Shreya Iyer (Senior Associate).

The capital raised from this round will be used to bolster Toothsi's technology and for geographical expansion.

AZB & Partners acted for Mankekar Family Office. The team was led by Anand Shah (Partner), Siddharth Paranjape (Senior Associate) and Golkul Gopalkumar (Associate).
