Comfort Grid Technologies Private Limited, operating under the brand name ‘The Sleep Company’, has raised ₹480 crore from a Series D fundraise led by ChrysCapital and 360 One Asset.

Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised The Sleep Company and its Founders on this Series D fundraise.

Khaitan & Co advised lead investor ChrysCapital Advisors LLP on this fundraise. The Firm assisted with conducting due diligence on The Sleep Company and negotiations and closing of the transaction for ChrysCapital’s investment.
