Radiohead Brand Private Limited which owns and operates the famous beverage brand, Jimmy’s Cocktails has raised a total of ₹14 crores in funding in their pre-series A fundraise from Roots Ventures (Lead Investor), Angel List and other investors.

Several startup founders, including Vishesh Khurana, co-founder Ship Rocket, and Varun Alagh, co-founder Mamaearth, also participated in the fund raise.

Chandhiok & Mahajan advised Radiohead Brand Private Limited on the deal

The deal was led by Sujoy Bhatia (Partner) and Head of the corporate group at Chandhiok & Mahajan, and assisted by Nishant Sogani (Senior Associate), Megha Pathak (Senior Associate), and Ashu Bhargav (Associate).

The team advised in the negotiation of the deal, drafting of the transaction documents, and assisted the parties to the agreement with the execution.
