Nine Dimensions Housing LLP has sold off a land parcel situated along the Western Express Highway near BKC in Bandra, Mumbai, to Fleur Hotels Limited, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, for a consideration of ₹120 crore. 

The transaction was completed on September 24, 2026, through the registration of the Deed of Conveyance and related transaction documents.
